These terms apply when you use this website or order from Letter From Santa ("we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
Who can order
Orders must be placed by an adult (18 or older), such as a parent, grandparent or other family member ordering for a child. Children should not place orders or use our chat.
What we sell
We create personalized letters from Santa, Nice Lists, route maps, postcards and birthday cards, and mail them to addresses in the United States. Each item is made to order using the details you enter.
Your order details
- You are responsible for the names, addresses, dates and other details you enter. Please check them carefully, because we print exactly what you provide.
- Only enter details for children you are a parent, guardian or family member of, or have permission from their parent or guardian to send mail to.
- We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the content is inappropriate or we can't deliver it.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include postage unless the product page says otherwise. Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify. Automatic discounts, such as savings for ordering more than one letter, are shown in your cart before you pay. If a price is listed incorrectly, we'll contact you before fulfilling the order.
Delivery and the North Pole postmark
Delivery timing and the North Pole postmark depend on when you order and on the U.S. Postal Service. The order dates and what happens if a letter is late are explained in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Postal Service.
Our content
The letters, stories, artwork and website content are owned by Letter From Santa. Letters you receive are for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy or resell our stories or designs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for delays or losses caused by the mail service, incorrect details entered at checkout, or events outside our control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
