How It Works

1. Choose a story

Pick from seven new stories for 2026, from marshmallow-firing cocoa machines to a reindeer learning to land. There's also a keepsake letter for a baby's first Christmas.

2. Tell Santa about your child

Add your child's name, where they'll be on Christmas Eve, and a best friend Santa can mention. Choose the traditional letter or one with a short faith message. The preview updates as you type, so you see exactly what Santa will send.

3. Every package includes three keepsakes

  • A personal letter from Santa on linen paper.
  • Santa's Official Nice List, with your child's name and town highlighted and checked twice.
  • Santa's Christmas Eve route map, tracing his flight from the North Pole to your child's town.

4. Add more children

After you add a package, the form keeps your address and moves to a story nobody in your house has yet. Add as many children as you like in one order.

5. We print, check and stamp

Everything is printed, proofread by hand, sealed in an envelope addressed to your child, and stamped with First-Class postage.

6. Postmarked at the North Pole

Packages ordered by December 1 are sent in batches to the U.S. Postal Service's North Pole postmark program. Postal workers stamp each envelope with the official North Pole postmark and send it on to your child, in time for Christmas.

Packages ordered from December 2 to December 12 are mailed directly from our workshop. They still arrive before Christmas, but without the North Pole postmark.

7. Extras arrive on their own schedule

  • New Year Postcards arrive the first week of January.
  • Birthday Cards arrive one to two weeks before your child's birthday.
