Where we ship
We mail to addresses in the United States only, including Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We don't currently ship to Canada or other countries. Santa can still mention any Christmas Eve location in the world in the letter and route map.
Shipping cost
Postage is included in the price of every letter package, Birthday Card and New Year Postcard. There's no extra shipping charge for these items.
How letter packages are mailed
Each letter package, which includes the letter from Santa, Santa's Nice List and Santa's Christmas Eve route map, is mailed in one envelope addressed to the child at the address you enter on the order form. Each child's package can go to a different address.

About the North Pole postmark
For orders placed by December 1, we print and stamp each envelope and send them in batches to the Postal Service's North Pole postmark program. Postal workers apply the official North Pole postmark and mail each envelope on to the child. Letters in this program typically arrive in mid to late December. Because the Postal Service runs the program, exact delivery dates depend on its schedule.
Birthday Cards and New Year Postcards
- Birthday Cards are mailed to arrive one to two weeks before the child's birthday.
- New Year Postcards are mailed to arrive in the first week of January.
Tracking
Letters, cards and postcards are sent by First-Class Mail, which doesn't include tracking.
Address accuracy
Please double-check each child's address before checking out. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before mailing.
